Traveling through Vermont on a Friday afternoon when our Porsche started giving us safety error messages! Called bullfrog and they said they would look at it for us to determine if it was safe to drive home to Maine!! Jason took the time to check it and explained what was happening. Gave us the OK to drive home to get to dealer since it’s under warranty! His staff was wonderful and we so appreciate the help and no charge!! Good people with Greta service!!

Issues with transparency and professionalism. Owner became defensive when I asked to be provided with the full details/specs on snow tires I had ordered and assumed I was accusing him of being dishonest. Responding to requests for basic information on products and services that a customer is paying for (regardless of the circumstance) is just standard good business practice. While it is Bullfrog’s prerogative to refuse to provide future service to a customer (I just called and Owner said he is not interested and hung up on me), it is highly unprofessional to make a paying customer feel like they made an extraordinary request by asking for basic info. Two stars instead of one because Owner did manage to unjam my ashtray which had been stuck for a while.

The team at Bullfrog went Waaay above and beyond in turning our ‘99 911/996 into an exceptionally smooth, well performing Porsche! After we bought it we knew it would need extensive service. Jason & Co. kindly explained everything, showed me what was needed and gave their expert opinion on what service was critical and essential, along with an estimate of cost, and what service work could be revisited in the next season. We are so very pleased with their professionalism and the awesome results!
