Working Ethan on the service side for my truck was excellent and his follow up was great too.

Service was good. Good price on tires. Charging a 3% credit card fee is appalling.

Honest review… I would give this a 1 star review it it wasn’t for Ethan. It was a horrible experience.. It felt like a classic bait and switch. Told one price over then phone yesterday when called and needing to get my car towed there. When I got there I was told a different price. This wasn’t the 1st time it happened here. Ethan over heard my conversation with the other rep and came over as I was speaking with the guy who quoted me over the phone. Ethan did what he could to make the situation right. And the other guy would even try to do anything to resolve the issue. The other guy is the perfect example of why ppl say dealerships rip ppl off. I was not going to do business with this dealership again. Ethan made it so that I may. Ethan’s service was worth the 5 stars but the other was worth 1. So I put it in the middle. Proceed with caution and be aware of what u agreed to and what’s actually being done.

I haven’t bought a car in since 2014. I have been looking for a car for at least a year. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best choice. I am so happy to have had such a great experience with Key Motors of South Burlington. Sophie is the great example of someone who will put In all their effort to make their customer happy to find their perfect car. Not only did she find me my dream car with all my needs and wants but she was able to deliver my car right to my drive way for free! During the process Sophie was super friendly and I did not feel any pressure. I am very satisfied on my car finding journey and am grateful to have had a good dealership look out for me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Trax in January of 2023. Less than 4 months later I had to have major repairs done to my vehicle. I was told a drive shaft issue was the reason for the noises I initially brought it in for. The invoice did state that they replaced the faulty part( I did not see it listed anywhere on the ticket) and less than a year later I have the same issue. I took my vehicle to a private mechanic and was told that I have an issue with my drive shaft. I am convinced that Key did not even service this issue and now I am having to fix the repair that they claimed to have fixed last summer. I also had to have my vehicle towed to their shop for service and they refused to pay for a reimbursement. Let me be clear: this is not a negative reflection of Chevrolet. I do NOT recommend Key Auto to anyone. This has been the absolute worst car buying and servicing experience I have ever had. I recommend having a mechanic( not theirs) look at any vehicle you plan to purchase from Key Auto- chances are they will find issues that the dealership did not disclose. Do not waste your hard earned money at this dealership!!
