I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a repair shop. First of all they backed my truck into something. Causing body damage as well as cracking my taillight. Accidents happen right? Well they said the would have it fixed. They called me and told methey could get it in in 3and a half months. Of course I blew up. They then got me an appointment in 3 weeks, and agreed to put a new taillight in in 3 days. To top it all off they now charge an extra 3 percent for credit card, as if their hourly rate wasn't enough. Plus they charged me a $48 shop fee for splicing 4 wires and changing a tire sensor. Now come on people. I bought this truck from them 8 months ago and paid for extended warranty. Apparently wires aren't covered go figure.
Salesperson was pleasant, conversant, and efficient. The transaction was handled efficiently and the product was excellent, as advertised.
By far one of the friendliest dealerships to get your car serviced.

As always my service advisor, Rich is always on top of things and keeps me very well informed and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and the job is done correctly and on time. I always request Nate as my service tech as his work is stellar and always on point and he recommends the appropriate actions needed. He is super-fast and accurate! He is extremely knowledgeable as well.
My experience was less than admirable…after 3 1/2 hours for a tire changeover and oil change. With appointment. I was excited to see my new white lettered tires! Except they put those facing inward. Thanks. Not going back.
