Wow! It isn't every day that I seek minor auto service and experience joy. Yesterday, I got up early to beat the crowd for switching winter tires to summer at my usual tire guys in Montpelier. But, half an hour before opening, I was too late. Still in line, I phoned Quick Lube in South Barre. A living human being answered! Jason told me that there were a couple of cars ahead of me, but that he would put my name in 3rd place on the list. Joy! I drove over. Got out of my car and a smiling man greeted me by name. Joy! Tire switch, oil change, transmission fluid change, fluids topped off, test drive and discussion of all the above before proceeding. Respectful, warm, courteous, professional. Superb social skills, NO hard sell. Joy! I wish my car needed more work so that I could have it done by Jason and his team in South Barre. Marvelous experience. Joy!

We went in to Vermont Quick Lube for the first time today. I had the oil changed in my trusty Subaru Outback. The guys were such fun, but very professional at the same time. It’s a bit out of our way, but we’ll be back. Two thumbs up.

Went in for an oil change and hoping to get my brakes looked at. They showed me how dirty my air filter and engine filter was. They gave me quotes throughout the whole change and we're very helpful! Not to mention when I emailed, they responded within an hour! Great customer service!
