I went there based upon two recommendations I had from other people for a simple oil change. To women: know the basics about your car to avoid the “we recommend (or suggest) the following repairs” as a common trick to sell unnecessary parts/services. In my case they tried to get me to agree to a charge for a “serpentine belt is worn and has cracks in it, brake fluid is dark recommend a brake fluid flush". After the guy told me over the phone about these two additional charges they were trying to 'recommend for me' he quoted me an additional $220. I noticed on the invoice they also said I had a problem with my control arm bushings and it is "going to be future problem". Watch out for the wording they give you and know the status of your car before the service. I give them 3 stars because they gave me the oil change I asked for.
I had a great experience getting my car detailed at snowfire yesterday. I was a little nervous that they would take one look at it and laugh because it’s a VERY dirty farm vehicle that my parents refuse to sit in. But I picked it up later that day and it was spotless! It looks brand new and so clean I’m afraid to touch it. Highly recommend!

This is our second car purchased at Snowfire. While I would normally hate going through the process of buying a car, Bill made it stressless and he was more than fair. He spent so many hours (literally) responding to our phone calls, emails, and even texts. He has followed up several times to make sure the vehicle is running perfect. Both cars were a major purchase for our family. Several times when we decided we couldn't "pull the trigger" Bill was understanding and empathetic. No joke, he actually looked at reviews of other cars we were interested in (that he wasn't selling) to let us know of the pros and cons. It was like having a brother-in-law car guy. I know that his goal was was to sell us these amazing cars. With that, as hesitant as I was, Bill was honest and understanding. I never thought I would say that I actually trusted a salesman, but here I am.
