I brought my car to have a recall service done, which they did. Darren was polite, efficient, kind, and thorough. He was put in an awkward position when I asked him for a loaner car, which had been promised. It was he who had to tell me they didn’t have one for me. I was told initially I’d have to wait all day for the service, but when he realized I would have to sit and wait, I like to imagine he asked the service guys to triage my car. I waited for 4 hours instead of the 7 or 8 I anticipated. He gave me estimate numbers for other work that might need to be done and answered the text questions I sent him later.
