My wife and I have been coming to McGee for our vehicles and service since we sold our dealership to them in 2020 after 36 + years in business. Just had our vehicles in to install summer tires and the service was excellent, as always! Gary, Darren and team are terrific to deal with. We'll be back!

We became members of the Jeep Wave program with the purchase of our '23 Renegade. We always use McGees of Springfield for our maintenance and service needs. Gary is very helpful, as is the rest of the staff.

The service I received at McGee of Springfield, Vermont was outstanding. When I arrived early, I was given immediate attention. The service requested was performed quickly while I waited. A problem was found that needed attention. The problem was explained to me in detail and a solution was presented to me. New tires were required for my car and McGee ordered the tires as soon as I agreed to have the work done. A new appointment was scheduled to complete the service. Later, I received an E-mail from McGee Service with a video of the problem found on my car. That video completely explained the need for new tires. That video is a great idea. I am extremely happy with the service, personnel and nice waiting room at McGee.

User friendly: I knew what I had for an issue. The mechanic not only solved the problem but let me know what others areas could use some addressing by a use of video and writing. They also showed in the video where the people where I brought in it to get tires and an alignment started the alignment but never tried to loosen bolts to finish in the alignment. In fact the video not only was showing the bolts still had under coating oil and dirt debris proving a wrench was never applied to the nuts. They completed the alignment. The service people were very friendly and through email and text. They kept me informed as the car was coming along. I'd recommend McGees in Springfield,VT for your service needs.
