if i could leave zero stars i would,drop truck off at 2:50 for 3:00 appt,drive by at 4:10,truck sitting where i left it,call the shop at 4:50 says they just brought it in,they close at 5:00,i asked if truck was gonna be done,worker said he doubted it,would have to finish it in the morning,told them needed the truck today,they were never gonna call me and tell me what was going on,i put up a stink,they finished the alignment,got truck at 5:30,will not be going back there or recommend this place to anyone

Hi Bruce, Thanks for reaching out about your experience! On the day your son dropped his vehicle off for his 3pm alignment appointment, we let him know upfront we were running slightly behind because the previous alignment appointment was proving to be tricky (we schedule alignment appointments for two-hour blocks). He let us know that wasn't a problem and asked if we could rotate the tires as well during his service, and we let him know we would try if we had time before close. We were able to get the vehicle in around 4:15 and got to work on the alignment. Our team stayed past close to ensure both the scheduled alignment and the additional request of rotating the tires was finished. We understand it can be frustrating when work takes longer than expected, and in this case, our team tried to go above and beyond to ensure all work was completely in a timely fashion.

The people here are aiming to please. We were treated very honestly. We needed a tire alignment but we had worn out tires and were getting new tires in a week. Gill's aligned the bad tires and then aligned the new tires free of charge!!! Who does that?? Plus they got us in for an appointment very quickly so that out new tires wouldn't get damaged. I will ALWAYS go to Gill's when I have auto needs!! Thank you Gill's for your kindness compassion and great auto work!!

A joke. Be prepared for extra work being needed. Not a chance this review was for another tire store . Theres only 1 in Springfield, Vt . Thank the lord for that .
