I had the misfortune of a flat tire recently, but the team at VIP turned this stressful situation into a positive experience. When I called, they were incredibly responsive and helpful - they were able to take me as a walk in during their busy tire change over season. They replaced my tire and made sure to explain what they were doing and checked the condition of my other tires to ensure everything was safe before I left. I highly recommend VIP for anyone needing tire services. Their customer service and expertise made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. I will definitely be back!!

Very prompt, and fixed some minor things I didn't even mention without charging extra. Cheapest tires I could find in 19" as well.
