Staff are courteous. Did not have to wait long for appointment. Waiting areas are comfortable and clean. Everyone taking personal and customer safety measures (i.e. masks and sanitizing lotion, etc).

So I put my time into this dealership, I filled out the online option to be pre-qualified, gave it my social, address, exc, exc. With in the day I got multiple emails from twin State Ford, so I took this as I have been pre-qualified (keep in mind I have no credit at all) which was a surprise, but I rolled with it because I was hopeful. After a hour or so worth of messages between one of their members I was convinced to make my way in, convincing someone to take me, taking valuable time out of his day. Upon arrival I quickly find out that the car I was looking at was already sold, and that I was never pre-qualified, which was the impression I was given. After looking at another vehicle for a second, and give them my social security number and everything else, to finally be told I wouldn't be able to pre-qualify with no credit. Something that could have discussed on the phone, or any time before I gathered everything to go there, before I called off work. A full on waste of my time. Make sure before going here, that they're not wasting your time, because they have no issues doing so.
