Jordan authorized my engine to be replaced in 2022. His tech did an awful job and caused our car to break down on numerous occasions after the repair. My husband and I were trying to move to AZ with our entire belongings in our car and our dog after the repair. The car broke down in New York on the way. We took it into another Ford dealership there, they told us the person who worked on our car previously did a terrible job and there were signs of poor workmanship. He stated there were metal shards all throughout our engine and it was leaking oil because a hole had been torn. He said our engine would have to be replaced again. We were literally stranded in New York, using our savings we had saved for the move, to pay for a hotel while they tried to figure out what to do with our car. After a month, and an open claims, we rented a car out of our own pocket to move back to AZ while they tried to figure out who was at fault and what to do. Literally, finally, Ford claims was able to ship our car back out to Twin State Ford in TWO years later in January of 2024. Once it arrived, after sitting in snowy awful weather, Jordan stated they were very backed up and wouldn't be able to look at our car right away. MONTHs later he called our claims stating he didn't know what was wrong and wanted to schedule a 3 way call with me and Claims. Claims has tried on numerous occasions to reach out but he has been avoiding all calls and contacts. I have been paying $415 a month for my car for over 2 years and insurance without my car. In addition, we have paid out of pocket for several other expenses due to the move. Twin State Ford has proved they are negligent time and again and refuse to offer any help to us or take responsibility for their actions.

Brought car in for oil change. They told me that front brake and rotor needed to be replaced.which they did.Also they noticed that inspection was due at end of month and they were able to do that too.
