Had a confirmed appointment booked online, drove 45 minutes to get here and after making me wait for another 15 minutes they told me they couldn't see me and Paul, the man at the counter was extremely abrasive and rude without a single apology. Called another shop in town and they said I was the second person today that had gotten screwed over on an appointment at this Walmart.
Horrible customer service with very rude staff. Inconsistent days where they switch from first come first served to a scheduled appointment only. They never seem to have enough techs to work on your car and when they do, they have much longer than average wait times. Many times the work has been subpar where things they are supposed to check for like low tire pressure and low coolant don't get fixed.
They set my oil change tag for 3000MI I got synthetic and should have been set to 500
