I recently moved to Georgia, VT and was in need of an oil change and tire rotation for our vehicles and I luckily found Halford Motors. They got me a timely booking which was a nice surprise from the weeks out appointments I found from Burlington shops. The owner Luke was quick to introduce himself and show me around his shop. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming and genuinely seemed happy to be working there. Always a good sign. They got me in and out quickly, but I could have stayed all day in the air conditioned waiting room with super comfy chairs, free wi-fi, and complimentary coffee. I was very pleased with the service received and now have a great local mechanic to call on when needed. If you haven’t been in to meet this team you are missing out on great service at fair prices and some of the nicest people you can hope for. I recently visited Halford Motors for the first time. I had rust proofing on my truck, oil change, air in the tires and they discovered a tail light out. They are reasonably priced, quality of work was great and they have wonderful customer service! They were patient and kind. I highly recommend them and will return for all my automotive needs. Halford now offers detailing and I had my truck done. The price was incredible. They did an amazing job!!! The interior was nicer than the day I bought it and the exterior shined like never before. It was raining the day I picked it up and they left it inside so it would be nice when I came to bring it home. Every time I visit Halford's, they are courteous and professional.

We've been taking all our vehicles to Halford for years and couldn't be happier! Luke and his crew are kind, efficient, and super knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain what's going on and to go the extra mile, like offering a ride so you don't have to wait for your car. We're so happy they're local, and convenient, and that they love cars as much as they do! Plus they always play awesome music in the shop. :)

First time visiting Halfords, but we will be back. Super personable and friendly! Service was done quickly and we were shown pictures of the parts causing our issue that were replaced. Love the 3 year warranty, but hope I don't have to use it!

Driving nearby I got check-engine light and sporadic loss of power. I live in FL, was far from home/etc. Miraculously I found myself 4 minutes from this shop with surreal 4.9 review average. I show up, they were super friendly, within the hour had diagnosed and fixed the issue for what I thought was a fair price. Even the gentleman I chatted with while waiting was a happy and regular customer. Not the slightest hint of gimmicks or attempts to sell me unnecessary stuff. Very happy with Halford Motors! Even if you find yourself considerably far from this this shop I would totally pay extra in towing to have issues looked at by them.

Terrific first experience with Halford Motors. Every single person working there was very professional and welcoming. Clean and well organized full service shop, fair and transparent pricing, slick and usable website, and the best customer service and communication I have experienced from an auto repair business, big or small.

I highly recommend Halford. The owner and his staff are very friendly and professional. I had some issues with the brakes last week and stopped by Halford due to the high online rating. Luke quickly fixed the issues without charging me. Although it’s not an expensive repair, I am impressive how honest and trustworthy he is. I had an unpleasant experience in Burlington years ago for being scammed as I am not driving a car with local plate. Very happy with Halford Motors!
