I had a flat tire and they ordered me a new tire, dropped me off and picked me back up at my work and had everything done within 5hrs with no extra costs, just the tire and service fee. Amazing customer service!

After relocating to Georgia, VT, I recently called Halford Motors, due to an overheating smell coming from the engine compartment of my 2022 Mazda CX-5. I had plenty of coolant in the vehicle, thus I thought it might be caused from a leak somewhere, or a faulty belt. My wife and I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and then we received a call a few hours later. They identified the problem to be a mouse repellent coating being applied too liberally within the engine compartment. This was causing the engine to heat up, leading to the overheating smell. They told me there would be no charge for diagnosing the problem, and that I could pick the vehicle up any time. Based on my experience with automobile service centers, not charging for diagnostic services is unheard of. You can bet I will be using them in the future for all of our service needs.

Luke and his team go above and beyond in all aspects of the work. Professional, competent and most importantly a fair price that doesn’t break the bank. If you’ve been going anywhere else, you’re probably paying more than you should!!!!
