I do not even know where to begin: This company was supposed to detail/ceramic coat my vehicle. Instead I received an alert that my vehicle was driving around the NEK after I had dropped it off. When I tried to reach out to the owner to ask what was happening, someone else called to say it was being moved to another location, which I had zero notice of, and had given no permission for. My GPS showed the vehicle moving many places before being dropped back off. It was certainly not moved from one location to the other. I went to pick up my vehicle to the money being left in it for the work to be done, which I no longer wanted done, missing. When I had a conversation with the owner about this they said the employee had stolen my vehicle and the money and they would press charges against them and if I was comfortable they wished to complete the job and it would be perfect. Against better judgement I agreed. When I went to pick up my vehicle the work still wasn’t done and I was greeted by the employee who was supposedly fired for stealing my vehicle! The police are involved and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. A prior time I had brought my car there to be detailed when I was told it would be done and I could pick it up it had NOT been completed. The "touch up paint" done, I would have been better off doing myself. I would never recommend or return to this business. Zero stars.
