Best service department I've been to

I bought a used truck here. They removed the snow plow equipment for the previous owner and some of the bolts were not tightened. They were also supposed to order and mail me the second key. I called twice to check on the key. Denise told me she was going to mail it a month later I talk to Matt. He said he was going to mail it . It’s been three months I have still not received the key. When I test drove the truck, it broke down. I should have left it there. Follow up 8.15.23 This dealership did reach out after this review and did follow through and send me the key. The truck has been trouble free since purchase. I have updated my review.

We normally have our vehicle inspected at another Autosaver Group dealership. But they didn't have any inspection stickers. So I decided to call St Johnsbury GMC part of the Autosaver Group family of dealers. Denise in the Service Department scheduled my inspection and called the day before to remind me. Upon arrival Denise set up the work order. Turned out I needed some repairs in order to pass inspection. Repairs were performed promptly. When settling our bill I asked if I could use my rewards from the other dealer against the bill. Denise worked her magic and we were all set. The Service Department team at St J GMC are courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. We would definitely consider St J GMC in the future., and any other Autosaver Group location.

10/10 would recommend!! Everyone was so accommodating and more than willing to help, answer questions, etc. Cindy got me an appointment the next day when I was in desperate need of an alignment. Denise was at the front desk of the service department and checked me in and kept me updated throughout the whole process (had some hiccups along the way from a minor accident that caused these problems). The guy working on my truck (can't remember his name....) but he pointed out, explained, and showed me what and why certain parts were needed such as two tires last minute. **Bonus, they vacuumed out the front of my truck :) By far this is the best GMC service department I have visited!!!!

Everyone at the service department was exceptional. Kind, friendly, and listened to all I had to say. Service preformed was very quick. Was one of the best service appointments we have had.

It isn’t often you get a flat tire and a member of the Service Department appears! Zac went above and beyond, as he always does. First class service, a friendly face, and very accommodating.
