I just leased my fifth Sierra from St J GMC on 11/19. I live about fifteen minutes from a Ford, Dodge, Chevy and another GMC dealership in Montpelier. However I chose to travel an hour to St J for leasing and service. Here's why. Every employee Ive met at St J has been friendly and helpful but a special shout out to Matt in sales and Zach and Denise in service. I had a few issues with my new truck on 11/20 and drove up to St J. Without an appointment Zach , in service, took care of my problem. Matt solved my other problems and all was made good. I refer to Matt, Zach and Denise as the trifecta of GMC. As always, I'm a very happy satisfied customer.
They took my car in as soon as I got there. Every one was very kind. They diagnosed what the issue was and ordered the part to be delivered the next day. Very efficient group of people.
The service team was great to work with. They went above expectations to fit our vehicle in prior to leaving on a big road trip.
My truck failed inspection so parts needed to be ordered. Zach was very understanding and fit the repairs into their busy schedule. Thanks!!
We had our 2020 GMC Sierra undercoated....St Johnsbury GMC service department did a great job & made it very convenient to leave our truck & pick it up when it worked for us!! Thank you so much!!!
