Very knowledgeable and great people. I've always had good experiences with this shop.
If you need a car service/repair center to trust, this the place to go. Mike and his brother Tom are two straight-forward, knowledgeable and most importantly; honest mechanics. They service and fix your car on what applies -not on what could add to the bill. They do the homework and research which exact, correct parts need to be for the car model AND the year of the model(!) What I respect most about this garage; they will tell you if they can or cannot work on your car model or on some parts of it. If they cannot, they refer you where to go. For me, a mechanic who knows and admits his limitations of knowledge is a must to have -with all the different car models out there. Even more so with the cars nowadays being all computerized. Mike’s Service Center saved my car engine who most likely would have died after a service at a mechanic in Waterbury Center. There, my very healthy Mini Cooper, who only needed the transmission fluid to be changed, left that garage broken -with the gear shifting no longer working correctly and the engine overheating. Mike and Tom seeing the mess immediately squeezed me into their busy agenda and fix the damage. My Mini drives again like a charm. Do I recommended Mike’s Service Center? You bet! Merci Mike and Tom!
