StJ Subaru service department as well their service team is excellent. They are extremely efficient, communicative, friendly and knowledgable. I am a repeat customer and anytime I need a vehicle serviced the department is ready, willing and able to assist in anyway they can! Thank you for your great customer service.
The customer service is excellent! Cordial, helpful, wonderful. When they say they treat you like family, they really mean it and in the very best sense of the word! I love this place. They even provide comfortable seats in the waiting area, water, coffee, fresh fruit and other snacks as well as free loaner cars when needed. Great service, great folks.
I spent the morning at Saint j Subaru doing my routine maintenance. It’s always a pleasure working with the service department. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the coffee is great!
Highly recommend! St J Subaru has competitive prices, waiting area is ample, staff are attentive. I live closer to another dealership but St J is worth the travel!
