In all my years of being a mechanic I’ve never dealt with a used car part business as bad as this. After they gave my the wrong part they wanted me to pay for another one before they would give me the correct part. Contacted upper management and a person named Bill said it was my fault and to pound sand. Luckily the sales person the delivery driver(both who were very nice) took it upon themselves to correct the situation and after almost a month of waiting got me the right part. Then after another month I finally got the credit I was owed because magically the correct part was cheeper. If you’re looking for a business to buy used parts from I would go anywhere else.
