I went to VIP Tires & Service in Rutland, VT with an engine problem on my Toyota Highlander. The service mgr was great and took my car right away. The auto tech correctly diagnosed the water pump was going bad. The job was too big and they recommended I take it to the local Toyota dealer. I appreciate the fact that they correctly diagnosed the problem and were honest about fixing it. Highly recommend and will go back when needed. Thanks!

My truck broke down on my way to pick up a horse, stranding 2 of us (and an empty horse trailer) on the side of the road in Rutland on a Saturday when most garages are closed. Thanks to R&D Automotive for getting the truck to VIP, where we got the BEST service we could have asked for. They found the problem quickly, searched for the needed part and, when the part wasn't available on a Saturday, let us wait for our ride to arrive from New Jersey. I would take any vehicle to these guys for any repair needed. We had hours to observe how well they treated every customer who came in, including the guy who came 15 minutes before closing with a flat tire. Their team is WONDERFUL! It makes me wish I lived in Rutland!

Friendly and professional. I like how they take you into the garage while the car is on the lift to show you exactly what the problems are. Most places don’t let you in the garage because of “insurance”
