We were visiting Burlington and got a bad flat tire. Rolled in to this garage because it was nearby, and they had a spare tire replacement installed in a few hours, even though they were supposed to close earlier. Really appreciate it!

Vitaly was excellent to work with--he worked on fixing a broken fan in a Prius, and he was quick, efficient, and so easy to work with. Thank you guys for your work--will be coming back. Highly recommended!

Vitali has worked on my 2017 VW Alltrack, and my previous car, 2006 VW Golf, for years and I couldn’t be happier with his work, attention to detail and general auto advice. I feel like he’s got my back.

The owner is an honest, good mechanic, who aims to provide great service at an affordable price. As it pertains to my car, he replaced the brake pads and discs on my Camry at a completely fair and reasonable price. As a bonus, I was able to drop it off and have it ready first thing the next morning. A couple reviewers seem absolutely shocked that a complex machine can sometimes require the mechanic to take more time than initially expected/quoted. I didn't experience this, but if I had, at least I would have known all the problems were being addressed on my car and on those of other customers. As I was leaving he took the time to show me my old brake pads/disc parts and why I was experiencing the noise I came in complaining about. I recommend his shop!

Promptly got me in for a check engine light within a few days of calling. They had to order 2 pieces both of which came overnight. He even offered me a car to use when I said I was on-call at the hospital and would have to sleep there. Explained the whole thing to me when I went to pick it up and showed me my old gasket. Went through the price breakdown and I was relieved that the overall cost wasn’t too bad considering the problem. Very kind and helpful!

I came in with a stuck engine hood latch, and Vitaly fixed it with no trouble at all! He was extremely friendly and did it so quickly! I highly recommend this shop to anyone, he is great at what he does, and an even nicer guy.

I brought my truck in to fix a sensor on the exhaust. When on the phone initially they said the total was $390. Once I got there they gave me the invoice and it was $490. May have been a miscommunication but I asked what the entire total was initially. Next morning after they fixed it I noticed a switch to my camping lights was ripped off down under my steering wheel. They told me to bring it in, and they checked it out. I had done these lights myself and am not a professional by any means. He started off by just criticizing the wiring job and saying that’s why it fell off. They did end up fixing it but still should not have happened in the beginning. They are nice guys but also just not an excellent experience overall.

I found them to be honest, kind, and fast. When I got a flat on my AWD they found a used tire that matched the tread on my other 3 instead of trying to upsell me 4 new tires. Car was ready same day. I appreciated that. Will go back.

The dedication and care for the customers really comes through for A One auto. Vitally came in the morning of his only day off to finish up my car when since I needed it that day. The prices were fair and the service was excellent! He’s a genuine guy and was easy to joke with on top of it all.
