Nothing short of amazing. We were due to trade our 2015 CR-V at Upper Valley Honda (last Monday, ) 12/19, for a new one that afternoon...deal had already been agreed to...except a deer jumped in front of our trade that morning. I can't say enough good about Martel's Body Shop in Perkinsville. Greg recommended we meet the adjuster at his shop. Met the adjuster Wednesday, he and Greg agreed to the repairs, Thursday the CR-V was stripped, we picked up our repaired car this morning and traded it this afternoon. I fully expected the new car dealership to negotiate a lesser trade-in due the deer hit...they didn't. Kudos to both Martel's Body Shop and Upper Valley Honda for operating ethically.
