Always goes above and beyond!!
Great people. I was a first time customer dealing with an urgent issue with my car that my other mechanic had not been able to figure out. Steven’s auto took me in last minute, and even had a mechanic drive me to work a few mins away. I am super grateful for their help and they did a great job fixing the problem so many others have missed!!
It was my first time using Stephens Auto. I thought there prices and there service were excellent. I was in and out of there business in record time. I am very happy with the work that i received at Stephens Auto and i will definitely be using them again.

Stevens Auto Service in Derry, NH – honestly, I was just thrilled someone could look at my car without laughing. These guys are like therapists for your beater. They listen to it grumble, nod understandingly, then somehow coax it back to life. My car was basically a rolling dumpster fire, and now it runs so smooth, it’s like it got its life together before I did. Solid five stars – they’re magicians, or I’m just easily impressed!
I’ve been living in Derry since 2005. The previous owner I considered a friend and have been bring all my vehicles to Stevens. John is a great guy. I always feel like I got a fair price for the work! I have recommended many people in the area if they need a mechanic to go see John. I now enjoy the experience with the new contact set up and read out of my diagnostic print out for my vehicles. I’m a crane operator so I can’t answer the phone at work. This is a great system and works great for me to reply when I have a moment.
