These folks are terrific! They squeezed me in to the last appointment on a Saturday! I had a massive crack from a rock hitting my windshield. They were so friendly--even called to see if I wanted to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment!!! And they did a terrific job. My new windshield is better than the one that came with the car!!!

My first experience with Safelite repairing my cracked windshield was wonderful with Drew and his team. However, when I had to return for a broken rear window, they dropped the ball in a big way. They incorrectly ordered the wrong window 3 times, taking almost 5 months to try to complete. I made multiple trips to the shop. There was little to no communication with me during this time. I kept waiting to hear from them. They blamed the pandemic for the delay. After the last dibocal, I gave up and went through the dealership. They were able to replace the window, no problem. I would think that as a Glass company, Safelite would have gotten it right the first tiime! I won't ever do business there again because of this experience!!!!
