My car was hit in a parking lot and sustained passenger door and quarter panel damage on 9/26. The other person's insurance recommended a local shop for the estimate. Their earliest date was 10/5 with earliest repair date of 10/23. Having used B & J in the past, I gave them a call for help. Chuck provided an estimate on 9/29. B & J worked with the insurance company because I mentioned they weren't on the list of recommended vendors. Car was brought in on 10/9 and completed by 10/19. Davina handled all paperwork and rental car pickup/drop off. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The interior and exterior were clean and paint blended nicely. This is the best body shop to go. Do not look any further. They are professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and a clean place. I want to thank Chuck, staff and Saveney who is amazing as a receptionist. They made me feel comfortable and they did an amazing job on my vehicle. It looks like it came out of the showroom. They matched everything. Everyone who has seen my vehicle will look no further when they need bodywork. I am very pleased and happy 😊

This is the place to go when you need bodywork. Being a person that hopefully doesn’t get into accidents, I was very unfamiliar with how things work in a body shop. They got me a estimate in a timely manner and soon my vehicle was in for repairs. They arranged for the rental and everything. The staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They told me not to worry about anything. They where right. My car is almost 10 years old and it looks brand new. Hopefully I won’t have any more accidents, but if I do I know where to go.
