Accident date is 2/1/24. Today is 5/4/24. And the work is still not completed. Very small repair needed, a rear bumper cover painted and plastic pieces replaced. The shop left their trash in my vehicle. They didn't remove tape from when they masked off the vehicle. I was called saying the vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. It wasn't. There are scratches on an area that wasn't there before. There are missing pieces. The bumper cover is not securely fastened.
Very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. They had my car in and out in two days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would certainly bring my vehicle back for any future repairs.
Extremely satisfied with the treatment and quality of work that was done on my car. Tameka handled my claim 🙌🏻 she is very pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the process. My car looks great! You can't even tell where the damage was done. Highly recommend for quality work

They fix it right the first time..
Overall my experience with them was alright, but nothing exceptional. They did the work; which is the absolute minimum as a business and the baseline for my rating, but it took entirely too long for uncomplicated repairs. Time-frame aside, they were kind enough to vacuum my front rugs and throw all the floor trash in the back seat instead of removing it. I understand it's not their responsibility to remove my accumulated trash, but when the accident occurred I was stranded and not able to clean my car before they acquired it. So this was rude and unprofessional of them, on top of being a petty "middle finger" to me as the customer. Due to this I wouldn't recommend them as a business and would suggest going somewhere with even the minimum customer service skill.
