I will never go here at all for any reason . All you are is a number to them. Me and my wife spent five hours at the dealership with a salesman that did not look like he wanted to be there. Just to apply for the loan I had to give 10 documents to them to get approved. Once we got approved we still had to do a conference call with the bank and our cell phone carrier to prove that that was my number. I said I’m done with this. I said the hell with you all. I went to a competitor of Tully and got a better deal, a better vehicle, a lower price and I only had to show two documents for proof and I got approved within 24 hours from test driving the vehicle. What really rubbed me the wrong way was when I asked Thomas for my deposit back that I had put on the vehicle, it’s almost like they didn’t want to give it back to me. I had to chase him and Justin the finance manager down for two days until I finally got a check made out to me for the deposit. Thomas salesman gave it to me. He gave me this to say thanks for nothing to me. It looks like he was pissed that he lost out on the sale and he was not too pleased he had togive my deposit back to me. This is the second time I’ve gone to Tully. I’ve gotten a bad vibe. I will never do business with Tully ever again.

I wanted to test drive a truck im looking at buying which is a at4 or high country colorado/canyon he asked me if im gonna buy it today i said probaly not today i dont know how it drives idk if it will be what i want. I need time for a decision after the test drive. He said i cant test drive it after waiting 30min to get a Manger i was pissed just cause i wasn't buying it today i cant test drive it. He said if ur not buying it today test driving aint gonna do anything cause when u are ready the next one will drive different which made no senses. Bad business to let a customer walk out and not let them test drive a vehicle. Forcing customers to buy it thats how u push customer's away that wont come back. Plus all the times i brought my terrain in for serivce there to its not like i havent done business with them i probably wont be back to buy a vehicle. Btw this was from a Manager very rude.

One of the best experiences of buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. I have purchased used RAM 1500 From them. It was Internet sale. The team was very accommodating. They provided all the information even the video of the vehicle. I flew in to pick up the truck. The truck was ready by the time I arrived at 8:30 in the morning. Paperwork was prepared and it took maybe 15 minutes. They did offer me additional Insurance options but with no sales pressure at all. They did not have any last minute charges a price was fair. If you’ve ever been to a used car lot, usually you expect some form of shenanigans. But here it was clean, straightforward and quick. Five. Stars to everyone.

Tulley had a used car from a manufacturer that they do not typically sell. There were minor discrepancies regarding the trim level of the car between what was listed on their website and what what actually on the lot. Abby from the sales team was extremely helpful in working out a deal that addressed those minor differences. Overall the dealership was very fair to work with for a used car from a make that they typically do not sell. If 4.5 was a option for a review, I would have rated it that way.

Unfortunately, we drove a ways to be completely ignored. Sales staff were chilling together by the entrance. We spent a good half hour looking specifically at Mazdas (couldn’t be closer to sales office). I hope it wasn’t a factor, so I can’t assume. Clothing attire is not always indicative of bank account. Wanted a car yesterday…

Tulley is simply the best in NH, and probably New England. We worked with Thomas Saliba who was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. They also have some of the best prices in the area. We’re so happy with our new Mazda!

Buying a car isn’t a pleasant process for me but the salesperson at Tulley, Bobby Cronin, was so great to work with. He was straightforward, sincere and helped me negotiate the best price. Even after my purchase was complete he made sure I had everything I needed. The rest of the team at Tulley were polite and professional. Thank you Bobby and the Tulley team, I love my new truck!
