Great customer service but, I went in for an estimate on swapping over some tires and they too like many others aren't installing used tires anymore but, they will for $150!! 😳😳 That's crazy money to swap over four tires!

I woke up to a car that wouldn't start and when I called in a panic the employee I spoke to was so wonderful and did his best to squeeze me into a fully scheduled day. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in the same day, and Todd added a coupon on to my bill before he even called me to tell me the cost. I've been to several other garages in the past, including other Sullivan stores, and I stick with the Stratham location because they're also so wonderfully kind and they do great work. As long as I live in New Hampshire I won't go anywhere else. Thanks for making my stressful day so much easier.

Poor service. Pulled in with a tire going down, the gentleman told me he could not take the car today and I need to make an appointment… make an appointment for a tire going down? He would not even look at it or offer to add air or even ask. Totally Understandable to the folks that have appointments, and/or issue could be staffing… however if someone has a tire going down you would think a tire shop/chain would be equipped to handle these types of things, after all it is a tire shop. I called Graham down the road, without hesitation they said come right it will get you looked at right away. Now that is customer service… call Graham!!!

Best place to go if you want a pleasant place to deal with beginning with the person at the front desk Todd and a wonderful reliable group of mechanics who work on your vehicle and do a super job/

They are so friendly and courteous that they are my vendor of choice for my car. They will not sell you something you do not need, which is awesome in this day and age. I recommend to all my friends and family
