I arrived at the appointed time, but on the wrong day! Casandra (service rep.) got my vehicle serviced in spite of that. I was having trouble with the instrument cluster images. When the service was completed, Casandra personally showed me how to change the display. That's service!!

I had a positive experience as the woman from service was great to work with. It seems as though we are still on the learning curve with EVs and trying to figure out if the problem is the electronics in the car or our smartphone is not always easy. The cellular provider wants to blame the car and the dealership wants to blame the phone carrier. I had to do a work around on an AM news station I listen to. It would behoove Seacoast to learn those work arounds to help customers out. Still very positive about the dealership and my ID.4!
