The service was not the problem. My disappointment is with the fact that my driver's side mirror shakes and the message conveyed to me was that the problem is characteristic of the mirror and can not be repaired. I find that hard to believe.

Service staff were ready to greet me and knew exactly why I had come in. I was called with a full update in a few hours and the issue was resolved. Very easy.

Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment. Was told it would be about 5 1/2 hours, which I was told when booking the appointment. At 12:15 was told they wouldn’t be able to complete the work within the day. My car never left the spot I parked it in. 3 hrs of wasted time. Given a loaner and when I returned to get my car they did not do an oil change or issue a new inspection sticker. Opted out of waiting again and just had them do the inspection. I will never return to this dealership. I finally got an apology when I was paying.
