I know in reviews you should keep it professional, just state the facts and not make it personal, but maybe that's what we need sometimes...especially when not only are the mechanics good mechanics...but good people too. Moultonborough should be proud to have this auto repair station in their town. I'm from RI and I was visiting a friend in the area, making my way down to Cape Cod, when I ran into some car issues. It was late afternoon and Matt and the crew were extremely busy, every lift up with a car on it, and close to closing. I explained my problem and they all looked at each other …I knew I was screwed.. But nope, they took my car and fixed my issue promptly, knowing I shouldn't be driving it. Knowing they will never see me again, they took the time to make me safe to drive and sent me on my way with a short list to bring to my mechanic... and no, they for sure didn't overcharge me..."we could all use some good karma "~Matt P.S you were right about the brakes too.

Thank you the whole team at Burns!!! NH is my second home and not usually where I get my vehicles serviced, however that will change!!!! My truck broke down and they took care of me and got me on my way, treating me so well. Sometimes being a female I worry about being taken advantage of. That was not the case with the team at Burns at all!!! Thank you again. I will be back.
