Great shop - helped us get our car repaired for the trip back to Vermont when we were in a pinch. Excellent service, very knowledgeable team with very reasonable rates and attention to detail! Thank you.
Can't thank the team at Burns Auto enough. We broke down and were towed there by AAA. Burns wasn't told we were coming. They of course had a very full schedule. Jess and Matt came out to speak with us. Evaluated the problem and were able to order the part and get us back on the road that day, They may not always be able to do that, but what it proves is that they will always do all they can to help. Burns Auto went above and beyond and we thank them and recommend them highly!!!!!

I was in a bind with a 1953 Porsche ,that suddenly quit on a foliage tour. Fortunately, it happened around the corner from Burns Automotive. The staff was courteous and informed me that they don't work on an air cooled engine. What a stroke of luck that the owner, Matt Burns, walked in and listened to my story! His order from the auto parts store was due shortly and he was able to add a coil to the order. His ability to diagnose the problem and do a quick fix ON THE ROAD, saved the day. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.
Have used Burns Automotive since moving to the area in December 2022. Very happy with their service. Matt handles all issues with professionalism and always in a timely manner. I usually wait for my service and enjoy chatting with Jess, she is an asset to the business.
