They were amazingly nice people!!!! I had to bring me baby and dog and they were sure nice and accommodating. They did everything to try and get me in and out as fast as possible. While giving my puppy so much love and attention!! Joe worked on me car and when i had questions he addressed me personally and did a great job explaining it!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I 100 percent recommend VIP Seabrook. I am a first time customer, with a vehicle recently purchased. I had not 1 but 2 nails in my tire. I was greeted kindly. My vehicle was immediately taken into the garage. I was not pressured on any kind of upsell. The tire was extremely reasonably priced.I felt confident in what was explained clearly to me. I received a call today my tire was delivered. Again, friendly, and welcoming. I was able to see my vehicle from the clean, comfortable waiting area. Free wifi and coffee. The vehicle is given a thorough once over for any future work needed. It was a quick tire change. I asked about an oil change. I was quoted an a terrific price. And back in the garage it went. Totally accommodating. The guys are diligently working on some frozen bolts, during their lunch hour. I am grateful to have found an honest, and fair priced place to bring my girl. Refreshingly honest. I’ve been driving for over 20 years and before this visit have never been able to leave a tire or oil change shop without their “free inspection” telling me about a dozen issues with my car that I would be crazy not to fix. I can thankfully say that this is not the case at VIP. I went in to have my winter tires put on and was seen immediately. They inspected my car while I waited and told me it was in excellent shape, and they didn’t try to get me to pay for a handful of additional services I did not need. That is incredibly refreshing these days. I will be back!

Had a tire that was going flat the day before Thanksgiving and had a hard time finding anyone that could fix a tire. These folks got me in quickly and did a great job fixing the tire (the right way, taking it off the rim to fix inside the tire, not just a plug). They took a quick look to make sure there weren't other issues and we were on our way quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them!!
