We were in town with a rental car and got a nail in my tire. Jenn knew how to get the repair charged back to the rental company so there was no charge to us. The staff got me patched up quickly late on a Saturday afternoon. What could have been a major headache in our weekend trip to see family was only a minor inconvenience due to Jenn and VIP.

I think this may be the first review I’ve ever left but I had to come make it to recommend VIP! Not only did they take care of me so quickly with a much needed new set of tires, oil change, and inspection SO fast, but when having unfortunately run over something only days later they’ve really taken great and fast care to get me in and out with the matching tire so I’m back on the road ASAP. Awesome car service, awesome customer service, and honest work! Thank you for getting me back on the road safely :)

Recently went to VIP Seabrook for the first time, needed an oil change. First they are So friendly and gave me discounts I wasn't even aware of, monthly special and AAA. They were very thorough and I loved the real time link to see current status of their work, they notified me if potential issues but did not hard sell or pressure md to do fixes then. The waiting area was SO Clean and very easy to relax there, can even see into the service area which is nice. Highly recommend!
