Dropped my car off to be repaired, they worked with my insurance, they provided me their own rental car. When I picked it up they went above and beyond by taking the car to get a inspection sticker, and completely detailed the entire car, inside and out. Top notch service.

I can't say enough positive feedbacm about this shop. I rent my Promaster RV out on Outdoorsy. Last summer one of my renters backed the rear upper panel into a tree causing nearly 7k in damages (between the interior deconstruct, external panel fix, and interior reconstruct). I got a quote and set up the repair with a shop I had used before However on my way there they informed me they wouldn't even start the repair until mid may. This would obviously impact my income because I'd be out the first 2mo of rental season. So I scrambled and found Diamond Autobody last minute via another shops recommendation. Not only did Doug match the original quote, but he squeezed me in with no notice and had my van back to me in 5 days. That includes having to prefab a part that was on backorder. The communication was excellent and shop crew knowledgeable and helpful. They made a potentially awful situation so much less stressful. Hopefully I never need a body shop again, but if I do, this is where I'll go and recommend everyone I know to use. Thanks again Doug. I really appreciate it!

Diamond Auto Collision, if I could give you a higher rating, I would! I brought my car in for a door replacement, I was recently hit by a tow truck. The repairs were incredible and it was all done within a couple of days. What really blew me away was the interior deep cleaning!! If they have security cameras, you'll see that I got out of my car thinking that I got into the wrong one!! I will always choose Dimand as my go-to for any repairs or cleans.

Brought my car after an accident. They did an amazing job! Not only was the work done perfectly, they gave the car a complete detailing. The car looked better than before the accident inside and out. I also cannot say enough about the customer service. From their secretary and everyone I dealt with there were super nice and professional. Hope to never need body work again but if I do I will definitely be back.
