When we went to Nucar of Plymouth, NH, our plan was to look at Ford Explorers that were offered at 0% financing. Turned out we liked the car very much, and decided to go ahead and buy one. Our sales person, Mike and his professional mentor Nick, answered all of our questions, helped us every step of the way, trying to ensure that we would leave with our new car, rather than wait a day or two. We never expected to leave with the car, but they made it happen. The dealership was very busy and a good number of customers had to be processed, but in the end, we left with our new Explorer a couple of hours after regular closing time. Over the years, we’ve bought many new cars, and we’ve met many nice people. We cannot overstate how helpful Mike and Nick were in tending to details and making the whole experience a smooth one for us. We have never bought a new car and driven it out of the dealership on the same day….until yesterday! We thank Mike, Nick, and Nucar for making this such an excellent experience!

Great to experience purchasing my truck. Decided to order exactly what I wanted, met with Steve in sales and laid out what I was looking for. We created the deal, ordered the truck and the truck ended up coming exceptionally fast. Prior to arrival we met again discussing numbers on my trade. Truck came in a month later and it was a seamless transaction, they honored every part of the agreement and I couldn’t be happier with the deal.
