Don’t go here. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I highly recommended avoiding Nucar completely, unless you love to be frustrated! I called and made an appointment by phone, all of my information was taken, and was confirmed I had an appointment for 5/10 at 9am. This was two weeks ago… I show up today to drop off my car and guess what I don’t have? An appointment. No apology from the person at the front desk, just a shrug and laugh. Didn’t try to do a thing. It’s not funny when your livelihood includes traveling and you don’t have a working car and have to start from square one even when you were proactive in the first place. I am appalled I was treated like this. I really hope I can help avoid this happening to anyone else. My advice is go elsewhere because there is 0% professionalism at this place.

Tom Staples was top notch. Transaction was fast, easy, and pleasant. Delivered to my house 2.5 hours away. Paperwork was done in 15 minutes Took the trade away. Seamless! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Everything was handled with professionalism by both the sales and finance department. Communication was on point. They were very proficient with the purchase of my new vehicle. I would highly recommend and will be doing business with them again!
