I'd send anyone who needs work done on their truck or car to Paul and his team, I know how it can be to find trustworthy dealerships and mechanics for a vehicle that's why since finding Paul's Integrity I won't let anyone else work on my vehicle. They have done right by me two times now. The first time I went to Paul's was after another mechanic was suppose to replace my brake pads and rotors he only did the backs and proceeded to push off doing the front end until it ended up causing premature wear and tear damage to other areas, after calling around I brought my suv to Paul's they got my front brakes replaced that same day. I most recently brought my vehicle back in last week from this review due to the check engine light coming on and I'm glad I did! Their mechanic Ricky thoroughly looked over my suv and caught a few different issues that were starting I didn't even know were there to begin with and wouldn't have until it broke down had I not brought it into Paul's. Just like the company name says their employees are honest and hardworking I was given a week time frame for repairs and even after finding one of the bigger problems days into repairs, I'm glad he caught before I found out the hard way Ricky still fixed my vehicle in a swift manner and I can rest easy knowing he did great work getting my vehicle back on the road asap. Thank you Ricky and Paul's Integrity for all the hard work anyone I know who needs work done will be sent to you guys!

We brought car in for brake line replacement, ended up taking way longer than we expected as they ended up doing both brakes. Car was in shop 5 days when we thought it would be 2 days. The cost was not cheap, 1,023.89, they quoted us a high quote but because we thought it would only be 2 days we agreed. They were extremely nice and friendly, brake lines fixed, just too long to have been without my car for the high bux we paid.

We did have communication with you the whole time and you approved the cost of the job before we did any repairs. I’m not sure if you are aware of the current employee crisis in our country, but good and experienced help has been hard for small businesses like myself. So, my ABS light in my car has been coming on for the last few months and I assumed it was the wires again since a couple of years back this issue happened, and it was still under warranty, so I brought it back to the Ford dealer and had it fixed. I don't have a warranty anymore so after being contacted by Paul at Paul's Integrity Auto Repair in Rollinsford I figured I would give them a shot and brought it there yesterday expecting to pay a few hundred dollars but to my surprise I was told by Kate at the shop it was just some corrosion on one of my sensors and they cleaned it up and all is good. The bill was under $200😀, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Paul for reaching out to me and correcting the problem without breaking the bank!

Paul's Integrity Auto is my go to repair place. My 2015 Ram was diagnosed incorrectly by a dealer needing a $3,000 major repair. I brought it to Paul's for a second opinion and Kevin quickly diagnosed the correct simple repair needed for only $750. Kate, Kevin, and Paul are all professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to the customer's needs.

I moved to Somersworth two years ago. Not knowing anything about the local repair shops, I decided to give Paul’s a try. My daughter recommended Paul’s because she was very happy with them. I recently needed some front end work done, so I brought my truck to them. They did the work right on time and and I was very pleased with the price. I will be going back.

At Paul's Integrity Auto not only do you get quality service, superb communication, and excellent parts, but you get a sense of community and people that sincerely wish to help you with all your automotive endeavours. I have had my vehicles worked on at Paul's many times and each time not only was the current issue resolved, but all the areas were cleaned and looking almost new! Even after moving away from the area I still continue to use their services. 10/10! Kate, Paul, and Kevin run a very fine establishment.

My brakes were making this terrible noise and after doing some research, I decided to give Paul's a try. They were able to fit me in very soon and had it fixed within the day which was super helpful with my work schedule. Now my brakes make no noise at all and the car rides super well and like new. Great service, great people, and quick work. Will definitely be coming back again

Integrity?? We brought our car to Paul’s “Integrity” Auto and after assessment trusted the professional business opinion to invest $6000 into our car and we’d get many more years. 2 weeks later we are back in the garage needing a new engine for another $4000?!?! Ultimately we could not afford more to get a new engine and give $10,000 in total to this business. The mechanic Kevin and office manager Kate offered to buy our car, as THEY felt bad about our investment with NO return. They saw this struggle we faced. We asked Paul directly how could he make this severe loss right and keep us as a customer. We gave $6000 and had nothing to take home. The one and only time Paul spoke to us over the course of 2 months, he offered $100 after saying we owed him another $750 for “trying to fix the car” Seriously? We never get our car back and we still give this business $650?? How is this not robbery? A reason we chose Paul’s “Integrity” Auto was that he seemed to take time to comment in all reviews posted online. Paul frequently comments “Thanks for business” and in concerning reviews he says, “I wish you spoke to me about your experience, to keep your business?” We tried to talk to you Paul. We tried to ask how to keep us as customers and You avoided us for 2 weeks. Nothing was made right. No consideration was given for the situation. No customer service was given. And you still demanded money for products we never will see. So much for Integrity.

I honestly can’t say enough good about Paul’s! From day one they have been up front and honest with everything.(which is a nice change from most shops) They will get you back on the road and will not try to sell you on any repair just to run the bill up. Never again will I worry if I can trust the shop that is working on my car. Paul’s is the only shop I will be doing business with. Thank you Paul’s integrity auto for providing top notch service!

I was told to check out Pauls Integrity from a friend of mine after my mechanic retired. Upon a quick online search, I could tell I had found my new mechanic. I emailed Paul to see if he could help me with a 2017 Taco suspension kit and upper control arms. A few seamless emails back and forth and we nailed a price and date down. I cannot express how enjoyable the whole process was. From my communications with Paul to working with Kate (you know she runs the show)....hell I even got a good breakfast recommendation from them. They did a superb job on my truck....my baby. I love my truck. Paul treated it like his own and it shows with everything he does. Due to the wonderful salt roads, my truck had some BRUTAL rusted nuts/bolts and took Paul about half a day longer than he expected. Many shops would of rushed this job, but NOT PAUL.....he took the time, patience and energy to do it right. They even helped me identify the next couple items I should focus on for a truck my age/mileage. I cannot express how happy I am with Paul and Kate and the overall experience. Please do yourself a favor and give them a call, email, text or smoke signal ...... your vehicle will thank you for it!
