Ladies, if you find it hard to get repairs done for the family car, or you just dread dealing with Testosterone filled wrench turners PLEASE know you have a hidden Gem here in Rochester being female owned with her husband Noel. Bonnie runs the front of the shop, and I could tell by my phone call I made the right choice. I felt like I'd know her for years. All I was getting was a Sticker! Other shops I called as soon as I mentioned a sticker only the schedule became "Too busy" "weeks out" Not Bonnie. She was inviting, and warm. When I went in today for my sticker that service didn't stop. Ok ok... Sticker time was coming, and this is where most experiences go downhill. The GUY in the back bringing up the Repair bill for $2000 before I get my sticker...I was dreading this part to be frank. During the time I waited for the big ugly dude Bonnie countinued to let me chat her ear off, and never once did I feel like I was dealing with a shop leading a lamb to a slaughter "acting intrested in my crazy talk." Just to surprise me latter with that Bill I knew was on the way. Now, here comes Noel (Not a Big ugly dude by any stretch)...Print out in hand - OH HERE WE GO. Get this! I got nothing but a cool history of the business, and his thoughts on treating people fair & right from an Owner who worked for the same business for 8 years prior before he purchased it with Bonnie. You can see the picture on the front of the website of this transition. Still in the back of my mind my little voice was screaming WHAT? I don't need new tires? Brakes? a new septic sytem? Somethings wrong... where is the hidden cameras? NOW I know what you're thinking...The guy writing this must be a paid actor. A Trained complainer of sorts... No, BUT I will fess up let you know I ran a very large Totyoa / Lexus store for 12 years of my 23 years of my dealership life. Trust me I know what to watch for, and all the tricks mecahnics play. Rochester radiator plays none of them & is Just a local NH family looking to make a great impact in the community by treating everyone fairly. They made a new customer for life, and happy to say I'm proud to have them here in Rochester, NH.
