I replaced the glass in half of my window. It took 5 weeks to complete. When I first brought the window the woman at the desk told me I was going to have to replace the whole window, then a man was at the printer and asked if just the glass needed to be replaced and she said yes but she didn't know and he looked into it and then I was able to just replace the glass in the bottom half of the window instead of replacing the whole window. I can't believe that because she didn't know the type of glass and was unwilling to ask anyone, she was going to charge me for the WHOLE window replacement instead of just the glass in the bottom half of the window (much cheaper option). Always ask if you don't know!!
My Chevy Silverado had a huge crack in the middle of my windshield and it was starting to spread out Wednesday so I went on Granite State Glass website for a quote and got an email seconds later! I looked around and other places was asking for double of what Granite State Glass was offering! Went in Friday 9/2 for my appointment and they got my windshield fixed under 2 hours! The customer service was amazing and my windshield looks so much better! Doesn’t look like it’s aftermarket at all. They even put back my EZPass and my oil change sticker back on too! I definitely would recommend this place if you need a windshield replacement! Will definitely come back if my windshield needs to be fixed or replaced!

Place deserves to be shutdown. Trash manager named Wes. Has napoleon syndrome. Very aggressive. Like the companies personal little baby chihuahua.
