Very prompt on the time, great deal for a Wednesday, nice clean waiting room and bathroom facilities.

My whole experience with granite state auto was 5 star from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to both friends and colleagues.
I've had Granite State glass repair windows, sliding doors, screens, and a van rear window. Some have been done on site and some in shop both at the Rochester and Concord locations. The repairs have been done perfectly, and they show up on time for on-site repairs. It's a really good organization.
Everybody was very helpful and they work very hard. I'm glad I live close to that.
