We have been looking for a reliable used car for my daughter (and eventually son) to have for many years to come. Tom and Dee were an absolute pleasure to work with. What wonderful, “REAL” people. I looked and looked for a car online for MONTHS - always hesitant to, “pull the trigger”, but this beauty was too good to pass up and I’m glad I made my move! Tom doesn’t let a car off his lot with even the smallest of problems, a true man of his word, (we all know how we feel about “used car salesmen”, but Tom and Dee are NOT at all what we’ve come to expect). Dee is extremely organized and makes sure all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted when it comes to the paperwork. Tom and Dee are kind, caring people with a deep love for their family and their community, personally, that means a lot to me. I LOVE my car and would go back to Tom and Dee’s without hesitation! I got my Chevy Equinox at Tom and Dees and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Tom was nice enough to come out and chat when I drove up on one of his days off and was fully available every step of the way for us. They both made the experience pleasant and pain free. I got my car just in time for family to come to town from out of state and was able to take them around in a reliable car. On our way to bring family to the airport we ended up in a small car accident and I called Tom and Dee for the body repairs and again have been so helpful and easy to work with.

My wife and I were in search of a reliable used car for our daughter. I called and spoke with Dee for two days before we traveled an hour and a half to look at a Toyota Camry. When we looked at the car and worked with Tom and Dee to buy it, we found that they are extremely honest and professional. They were great to work with and made the purchase very easy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest and WILL keep your money. They ignore your messages and will PURPOSELY wait to respond. I communicated with them every step of the way as they requested then they ignored me for 3 days before sending a message saying to call them. When I called they said they never got my message even though its on facebook and shows when it was received and read. They are your typical used car seller. Slimey liars with cars full of issues. I wouldnt be surprised if their "good reviews" were just friends and family trying to help them. They say they "arent in the business of keeping money" but with how hard they try to keep it you'd think they need it more!

I can’t recommend Tom and Dee highly enough! In August, I bought a Subaru Forester from them, and it was the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. They walked me through the process very attentively every step of the way, they were never pushy or “salesman-y”, and they included 3 months of basic warranty coverage with the sale of the car! They salvaged the car from an auction, and I’m so so glad they did, because it’s an amazing vehicle! Definitely has many years of life left on the road! They were totally up front about the fact it had been in a fender bender, showed me the photos of the accident damage, and had paperwork to describe all of the repairs done. When I bought the car, I opted to upgrade the free warranty Tom and Dee packaged into the price of the car, to the premium warranty for 12 months, for a very reasonable price. I love that they offered this, especially since it was an older model, and it’s tragic to buy something and then immediately have to make some repair. I feel so much peace of mind! No sooner did I drive away in my new Forester, a tire pressure light came on - I called Tom right away and he sent me to straight to his mechanic, and Tom even covered the cost of the replacement sensors because they had been replaced right before the sale of the car, and he is sincerely awesome like that! In talking with Tom and Dee it was clear to me from the beginning they are the real deal - a true mom and pop place, that are actually trying to do some good in the world, where car buying can be such a shady business. They were adamant that they wouldn’t sell a car that they wouldn’t put their own daughters and grandchildren in, and they really did go above and beyond to take care of me as a customer! They sold the car to me at the low end of the blue book value, because they are genuinely not out to price gouge and exploit people; I would honestly send everyone I know to purchase cars from them in a heart beat, such genuine people!
