This is by far the best experience I have had with a car dealership. NH Motorworks is a small owner operated business, and it shows. Craig was extremely helpful, accommodating, and not pushy in any way. He was particularly responsive over email both before the sale and afterwards when I had questions about vehicle maintenance. When the time comes to buy another car I will absolutely look towards NH Motorworks again.

Craig sold my son a Subaru Outback under the false pretense that all it needed for inspection was to repair a leak in a the power steering line and possibly a wheel bearing. He said " I can't let you test drive the car because it may catch on fire". To make a long very ugly story short, we had to pay a honest reputable mechanic $2,726.08 in order for it to pass inspection. What kind of a person would take advantage of a 24 year old kid that works very hard and saved ever penny he could for almost two years so he could afford a decent vehicle only to faced with a nearly $3000 repair costs. I'll tell you what kind....the kind of car salesman you want to stay far away from. Thanks alot Craig.
