The company tried charging me $1300 for "damage to the roof" of the rental. Not only was this not caused by me, but during the walk-around pre inspection of the rental we never looked at the roof , like who would right? I of course would not pay this so they tried charging my insurance. This was all quite unnerving considering the reason I needed the rental in the first place, the reason my car was in the shop was due to getting hit by a tractor trailer while my 1 year old was in the car. Unprofessional.
