They truly care about their customers. They are patient and will work to resolve any issues you may have. Craig at the customer service counter is very understanding.
One of the most annoying sounds (to me) fixed within the hour - LOVE TBW Automotive and their attention to detail!!!!!
They made it easy for me! They actually took an interest in my car and made it more road-worthy, inspected it, and were honest about what I might have to get fixed at the dealer. Craig is great to deal with: communicative and highly knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The Co-Op Service Station recommended TBW when they were booked out -- just go straight to TBW!
