Wow, exceptional service today! Let me continue... I needed a new battery for my car, which is designed very poorly for battery removal/replacement. Karl helped me select the correct battery and took the time(a long time--no fault of his!) to remove the old battery and put the new one in. He took the time to get it done right and was very appreciative of MY patience. Thanks to Karl and his boss for getting my car running again! Yes, the whole thing sucked but good attitudes prevailed and I am grateful.

Customer service was awful, really unenjoyable time. Did not purchase a battery purely because of the guy I asked to help. Went down the road to Advanced Auto where they were great.

I was driving through VT and five of my dashboard lights all came on. I panicked. I remembered a friend told me years ago autozone will scan your car computer for free, so I drove ten minutes off my route to these folks, and even on a super busy day, offered to help. They gave me the part info I needed to bring to my mechanic and reassured me I could drive it home as long as I didn’t drive like a maniac. I was so appreciative of their help and just want them to know how much their time and kindness meant to me on a VERY stressful day!!

The store hours may say open until 9 PM each day, but they will lock the front door and ignore you long before closing. That’s okay, I found that the parts were cheaper on Amazon anyway. Thanks!
