I’ve had good experiences there before, but today was not that good. The two young kids that were working they were very confused. The tall kid constantly referred to me as boss. I’m 64 year-old man and I expect to be treated with a little more respect than that From a kid. If you want to keep your customer, treat them with a little bit of respect.

They were super helpful. I needed a steering wheel cover. They measured my steering wheel to make sure I got the right size. Spent a few minutes going over the pros & cons of the available options in store and put it on for me.

Went there this morning for windshield wiper replacements. Rick was friendly and helpful, even installing my new wipers for me. Great customer service. Thanks so much!

I came in for a new headlight while having very little knowledge about the process of changing the headlight. I was assisted by very willing and helpful staff members (Rich) and was successful in getting a new headlight. The staff even helped install the headlight. Thanks for all the help, highly recommend the Lebanon, NH AutoZone

Always have exceptional helpful service with AutoZone… Being a female, going to mechanics that I don’t know, is literally like me just throwing hundreds of dollars in the trashcan…🤦🏻♀️🤬 My check engine light popped on. I went to AutoZone and Rick helped me find the needed repair piece and assisted in installing in literally minutes! Again, can’t Thank you guys enough!!

Needed to replace a headlamp bulb yesterday and RICK from Lebanon, NH AutoZone went above and beyond the call of duty to change the bulb... in cold windy weather. It was not easy access to the bulb but he persevered and never gave up or complained! So KUDOS to RIck! A big Thank You! Sheila B : )

I had the most outstanding experience at this store today! Rick the store manger was polite, patient and very helpful. He took time out of his day help me troubleshoot the issue with my car while continuing to provide customer service to others as they came in. When it was all said and done we resolved the problem and I was on my way home as a happy customer. Thank your for the excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back in the future and will be telling my friends about today.

Bad quality control on parts and bad customer service. Go anywhere else, save the headache
