Just wanted to share my experience with Seth from Morgan's towing. I had a lock out this evening 11/1/2023 and Seth was out there within an hour and got us back in the car within minutes and assisted us while fueling up! He was very courteous and professional and an overall great experience in the situation we were in and we really appreciate all of his help! My vehicle wouldn't start. I went online and contacted AAA and scheduled a battery check. Morgan's came, did a battery 🔋 check and also checked the starter. The man from Morgan's, I don't want to mention his name 📛 because he may end up with unwanted "friends" on his social media accounts, checked my starter after checking my battery. We started 🙉 hearing a clicking sound and my heart sank. He couldn't tow my vehicle until AAA approved of the tow and he had to leave. I went online and set up a tow on the AAA app. Morgan's came back 🔙 and towed my vehicle to where I made an appointment and arranged for a loaner. I was given a ride as well. The man from Morgan's was very professional, courteous and was interesting to talk to. He also was able to identify the problem with my vehicle and recommend nearby garages that could service my vehicle. I would recommend Morgan's for your towing needs.

Needed an tow tonight and received outstanding and timely in service from Morgan’s Towing! The driver Seth could not have been nicer and was very professional. I was on a business trip and hit a deer with a rental car. Seth was unbelievable in these very hard circumstances in unfamiliar territory late at night. He worked with the rental car company to get the car back to the airport which is above and beyond what he normally does. He was friendly, keeping my spirits up, and getting me back to the rental car company at the Manchester airport to get a new car. He is nothing less than incredible and I recommend working with him. OMG for being stranded for the first time at the age of 67 and not one towing company answered their phone until I called Morgan. They had a truck to me within 30 minutes at 5:30 p.m. and drove my car to the dealership of my choice and a ride to my home. They did not leave me stranded at all. The driver, Seth, was courtesy and professionally friendly and efficient. He was respectful in the way he loaded and unloaded the car off the ramp and made a horrific night- a terrific night. Very appreciative to have used them and highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

My father and I needed his 1950 Hudson Pacemaker towed from Exeter to Hampton. Tim, Kevin and the Morgan Team were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure the antique was moved with care and precision. They came to assess the situation and then came back with specific equipment, wheel dolleys, to make sure it would go smoothly, which it did. They did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

My motorcycle was disabled and when the tow truck showed up the driver told me he was waiting for someone else to arrive to help him with securing the bike. This was something he hadn't done before and he did not want to cause damage which I greatly appreciated. Very shortly, the other person showed up helped him secure my bike. I watched what he did and he did everything properly. Both operators were polite and friendly and got my bike safely to its destination.

Tim from Morgan's Towing & Repair came and towed my 69 Chevelle that had broken down. He arrived before schedule and treated my car like it was his own. It was a struggle to get the car on the flatbed because the wheels were locked up, but he was creative and got the job done. Once we arrived at my house again it was a struggle to get my car off the flatbed and into my garage but he pulled through and told me this car wasn't staying outside and he will get it indoors and he did, He went above and beyond what I had ever expected. I would definitely recommend Morgan's Towing & Repair.

I had an incredible experience. The driver Seth got here between the two time periods. He was really nice and made the process very smooth and notified me when he got to the location where I needed my car dropped off. Very kind and respectful individual. I will be using Morgan and Morgan again !

Highly recommend Morgan’s! I was stranded with a flat tire late at night where AAA was having a hard time dispatching a tow for me. Tim at Morgan’s saved me! He called to let me know he would be towing my vehicle personally on behalf of AAA and would hold it overnight at Morgan’s facilities until I was able to confirm a tire location for drop off the next morning. He was polite, understanding of my situation and I knew I could count on him that my car was in good hands.
