Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service
Great first experience. Staff was a pleasure to deal with and their communication was great.
Referred by Carmax - and nearby - and trustworthy! A rare shop - and no flash and glitz - simple - and save me from driving away with almost no oil. Carmax - I’ve had issues with but meeting Dave - and the mechanic walking me out to see the oil issue - and Dave noticing my inspection coming up - and taking care of it beforehand. Well that’s Customer Service and no glitz - no frills. But they go the extra mile to get IT DONE! And not leave you poor…thanks Eastern- see ya for my car service AGAIN! Richie Rich

Being new to the area we looked for a well rated mechanic and were not disappointed. On a day when they were very short staffed, Dave handled things beautifully and had the car back to us same day. Fair pricing and good communication.
